How Much Time Do All Of You Spend Waiting For People?

Saturday, 30/08/2008, 11am.

Its was a fine morning for me to get up with. sunny, bright, no sights of any down pour soon. happily got changed & went to ang mo kio to have soccer with my buddies. reach there at 9.15am. No sight of anyone yet as i park my bike. Seriously no other form of nuisance disturbance is detected. that's when i though everyone not there yet. but i caught a glimpse of someone reading under a void deck... Its yong hao.

We gathered obviously still missing a lot others. Then we saw another guy sitting under another walkway playing with his fone. its wenlai. Another gathered. Then came keng fyi. Its that all?? We started to chat bout Man Utd match ytd nite. No one knows the score. Eventually we found out its 2 - 1 which Man Utd lost.

It was already 9.40am. No other souls appeared. I called Chim. His mobile has been switched off. Its was previously still on as know from keng fyi, called zhao but no one picked up, called chris, yet another fone switch off!!!! I was really getting a bit pissed. It was not the first time. And the best thing you know what? the ball is with chim. No ball, No dudes, No game.

Zhao suddenly messaged that he is on his way. By the time Yong Hao & me totally has no mood to play. Totally a turn off. It was not the first time I've been waiting for ppl. But this sort of things keep happening? Don't they have self discipline? This is ridiculous...Come on... my life is not just to wait for ppl.... m i?

Although I'm not new to this waiting game but what pleasure does it bring to them? does that make them feel like kings? or a big shot? or something to be proud of? Oh yeah.... they can even be late for work so wads new? OK... i think I'm going to personal. but even if u r late try to make an effort! probably running helps? at least dun come & act like nth has happened, or act like "its only right for u guys to wait for me" kind of look.

I guess i spent at least one-tenth of my life waiting for someone... do you? its really worth considering/thinking. Hope it doesnt happen to those out there.
